Decent service but disappointed with the £5 return fee.
I only liked 1 out of 3 of the items. Had to send 2 of the items back and I was disappointed that there is £5 return fee. With clothes it's really common to have to return items as you don't know how...

Delivery prompt but sandals faulty. Two straps not sewn/attached to sole. Very disappointed as no quality control. Also have to pay to return goods. They say they will reimburse but will have to see...

Good brand discounts, but you pay postage on returns!
Decent discounts on branded goods, but make sure you definitely want what you've ordered as returns are not free, so don't buy to try unless you're happy to pay £3-5 returns postage.
