Don’t understand consumer law
Utter lack of understanding of UK consumer law. They sent wrong items and I had to jump through hoops to get sorted, needed to threaten court action to get resolved. Woeful company.

Awful! Missing parts of order then to be told I was lying it was in my order. Money taken for 3 items, only to receive one. Now have to print and fill forms, send them away and they have to reach...
