Right time right place
Kings Heath Genie toutors are excellent , it came into our lives at the right time and my daughter has loved every minute of it . Thank you , I wish I had this when I was at school .

Good but noisy and did not keep promises.
Good tutoring but we never received the homework and access to the online portal as promised. The venue was full of noisy small children so my son could not concentrate. Due to these reasons, we left.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes there is always going be some noise in our centre and we always get a few parents who want it to be more quiet. I work at this centre and my hearing is not very good. I have no problem hearing the children in my group and the noise that is made is working noise. Having said that we have listened to your comments and I have been asked to make sure that there is a quieter working buzz in my groups.

I can see that my child's confidence has improved, he has told me that he feels more happier in school. He is making attempts to engage with his homework in a more positive way so far so good...
