I would like the opportunity to talk to you further to try and find the reason as to why we were obliged to request your account information on several occasions when you have called in the past. There maybe several reasons, which may include calling from a withheld number, or not having taken down your details correctly. In relation to your problems with our online ordering process I would like to know how long you have been experiencing the problem of having to reset your password each time you attempt to log in? The reason I ask is that over the last few weeks we have been making amendments to our website which has been causing several small issues of which this can be one. We do appreciate your patience while we make these amendments with the long term goal of improving your shopping experience.
