Firstly we would like to apologise that you received a chipped gemstone, we are continuing to do more quality control before the items leave our warehouse so this should not of happened. We also must apologise that the replacement you received did not have the colour or clarity of the original. We do try to put similar stones into the same designs but due to each one differing in colour and clarity we cannot always match them exactly.
