We do hope that the replacement Eryngium collection we arranged arrived in better condition that the first, it is rare for plants to arrive in this way. We are sorry to hear that the Eucalyptus appears to have died, if you would like to scratch away a small section of bark and check the colour underneath. If it is green, the tree is alive and we would ask that you are patient a while longer, however if the area is brown please do not hesitate to contact customer services.
