no notice of ETT
it would have been nice to be informed of the expected time or at least date of delivery as I had to arrange at short notice the organisation of accepting the delivery when the delivery arrived.

The 'Luxury' hand towels are of same quality as standard, merely a few cm's longer. The quality is not 'luxury' and therefore too expensive. Very disappointing.

I am sorry to read that you were not entirely satisfied with the luxury hand towels you purchased. These are a thicker hand towel compared to the OR-A and have 2 distinct layers of tissue rather than being laminated embossed. We do offer free samples of all our products for our customers to sample before they purchase so they can decide if they are suitable for their requirements. The 'luxury' hand towel is not thicker. While there are two layers, they both are so thin - even thinner than a tissue, together are the same as the standard hand towel. So thin that they don't appear to even have two layers!!-
