Our courier actually attempted delivery to your business on multiple occasions but there was no-one on site. We discussed by phone the possibility of changing the delivery location, but you were unfortunately unable to arrange this due to the size of the delivery.
Sadly the pallet network that handled your delivery does not offer timed delivery slots, but following your call to us this morning we contacted them and passed on the likely time of delivery to you by phone, which was given as between 1pm and 3pm. The order was delivered today just before 3pm and I’m very glad to hear that you are happy with the items. Again, I am sorry that you feel the service was not up to scratch on this occasion, but we would hope to welcome you back as a customer again in future.
