Sorry that your delivery wasn't as smooth as it should have been. We certainly requested the driver/haulage company to contact you prior to delivery and we also asked that your delivery was to made on a lorry with a tail lift. I will look into why this didn't occur so this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

I am very sorry that you feel like this. We did have an error on our website when you purchased the site box. We do have around 2000 products so unfortunately the odd one does occur. We could have declined the order and refunded you immediately, however we made the decision in this case to honour the price and lose money on the order in the hope that this would make a happy customer. It seems in your case, as you wanted to purchase more, this did not turn out as we'd hope.
