Hi, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review for us. We are sorry that your order is taking longer to get to you than expected. As we have mentioned in the emails to you the service used is a slower than normal one. If the order is required quicker then a different service would have been needed to be selected for the delivery. The average time for delivery for where you are is 2-3 weeks but Brexit and Covid are causing unfortunate delays with some services. Hopefully the order will be with you as soon as possible and once again we are sorry that it is taking longer to get to you than expected. Kind regards Andy

the item arrived today in good mint condition and the package was good also. even that it was slower delivery than i expected for that price, i'll rate 4 because of good and fast customer service, good packaging, and comfortable site.
