We are very sorry that your order has taken longer to get to you than expected.
Due to the recent strikes with Royal mail we have been using different services to send parcels out. Unfortunately they have also seen an increase in parcels due to this and also due to the bank holiday.
We would have expected the order to be with you by now but it looks to have been caught in the delays which we apologise for.
We are working with the courier to locate the order and as you have now not received the order a refund has been processed for the it back to the original payment method.
Once again we apologise for the delay it has suffered and on behalf of the courier for not delivering in the expected time.
