We are sorry to hear that you find our clothing overpriced. We do our very best to be competitive, whilst providing a high quality, ethical product. It does necessarily cost more for us to produce our products because of the methods, materials and conditions that we insist upon. We are constantly reviewing our products and doing what we can to ensure they remain competitive.
We did have a website glitch in our recent sale, which led to some orders not being transferred to our back office system. We are very sorry that you were affected by this. Sadly, because we could not see the orders in our back offer software, we did not know about any issues until a customer called us or our IT provider identified the orders affected. We did everything we could to resolve the specific issues that customers faced. We are very sorry that this meant you were unable to receive the items you wanted.
We are currently putting in place a new software system, twinned with a new website, so that this should be avoided in the future. They are due to launch very soon. We hope that you will consider taking the opportunity to order from us again using the new website when our next sale happens.
