On arrival you were met at the gate of the hotel and given your welcome letter, along with a few details on the hotel and area. Your host was present throughout the duration of your stay, and since no concerns about your room were raised with him during your time at the resort, he was unable to offer any assistance. After your holiday with Friendship Travel, you moved on to meet friends. To save you the expense of a taxi, our host personally drove you to your new accommodation and assisted you with your luggage upon arrival at the hotel.
