Thank you so much for your feedback. We do store your medical details, but as a lot of the questions have specific time frames. e.g. "Have you had any treatment in the last 12 months for this condition?" we have to go through the questions each time to ensure all information is up to date.
If you'd prefer, you can arrange your insurance over the phone with one of our contact centre team, who will have access to your previously declared information. We would still need to recap on the questions, but this would save you having to input the details yourself.
