We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your health insurance claim. Unfortunately, your Freedom Worldwide Bronze policy doesn't provide cover for the outpatient treatment you tried to claim for. You can always add additional cover to your plan at renewal to ensure future claims of this type would be covered.
