Dear Mr Kerr, The confirmation was sent within the same minute of your payment been authorised. I not your email is Hotmail, they have changed the way their email accounts work and have caused a lot of problems for a lot of people, there a lot of unhappy people moaning online. Our email will have gone into your spam/junk folder. We are working on a solution but it is difficult as Hotmail will not provide any information. We will resend your documents now, hopefully Hotmail may allow these through.
