Rubbish customer service

Online system was rubbish, couldn’t amend it and click on log in. System froze had to ring back next morning as office was shut to change a date of birth due to typing error and they charged me 15...

Hi, We are sorry you had problems, we accept it may have been our system but equally it could have been your broadband or router. Admin charges are a standard feature of insurance policies and our charges are very transparent within our buying process which you did agree to our charges. We have looked at your policy records and it was not just a correction of a typing error, you also increased the public liability cover on you policy.
