Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The recording shows that we explained the umbrella rate uplift, our admin fee, all deductions including apprenticeship levy and went through a detailed payment illustration too. The call was very positive with no questioning of the explanations provided. We are therefore not sure where your concerns are stemming from. I think you are missing the point. There were variations in the information given on the first call compared to the second. None of the agency staff were told of the fees or paying the employers NI before your call and in effect those fees have reduced our hourly rate from £16.57 to around £14.47. We were quoted and led to believe £16.57 was our actual rate not less these fees. We were not contacted by you until after we had started the contract and due to be paid, nobody felt they could disagree. Most of us were relying on the payment as we had paid out to get there. I commented a couple of times in the call, really and I guess so, before discussing with my colleagues. The process from agent to you needs amending to reflect what the clients are getting themselves into, ie, hourly rate less fees and you need to ensure contact before the clients are owed money! Once we had started we just needed to be paid.
