Hi. I reply to your comments. I will try and answer with more courtesy than you afforded us. I am aware that my colleague has answered your comments via email on Saturday. Your order for a Trial Pack was received on Wednesday 26 December and was dispatched on Thursday 27 December. The parcel had your delivery instructions to leave by your porch door and was delivered on Wednesday 02 January. There is a comment from the courier that says “parcel left on top of bins near door”. I have arranged for your order to be despatched again today. Regards Jane
