Hi Junqiao, Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied. I have checked all of the details relating to your last DHL shipment from our UK warehouse which was containing x 4 vinyl's and x 1 calendar. It is clear that the combine and repack service for your 5 packages caused an unnecessary increase with the overall chargeable weight of your goods for shipping which resulted with you paying a much higher final shipping price for the DHL Express service than was necessary. I will contact you via email to discuss this matter in more detail with you and I am sure we can come to an amicable resolution for this issue. Please keep an eye out for my email.
