Many thanks for your feedback.
We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service.
I can see that you did submit a repack request from your account for all 4 packages.
However you had then submitted some additional repack instructions to our customer experience team, relating to the original 4 packages, via email but this was done after your original repack request had already been completed and after your final optimised package was already booked in for collection with the courier.
We are really sorry but once your shipment has been booked by us with the courier no amendments, cancellations or refunds can be made.
If you have specific repack instructions for your goods it is really important for you to submit all of your specific repack instructions for your goods to our customer experience team via email rather than submitting your repack request from your account so we can submit a manual repack request for your goods at our side instead and we can guarantee that your repack instructions will be immediately received at the relevant warehouse for your goods and followed before the repack service commences. If you do not send any repack instructions for your goods to us via email and if you choose to proceed with a repack request from your account we cannot guarantee that the repack instructions you send to us separately via email after would reach the repack ream in time before the repack request is completed from your account. Furthermore it is more difficult for us to amend current repacks for goods if the packages (s) have already been processed for shipping from your account and already booked for collection with the courier.

Good service.
They are quick to ship. The only issue is I only had one option for shipping and that was fedex. I personally like to use DHL. But they are super helpful with answering any questions.
