We are really pleased that you thought we provide a very good service. With regard to your thoughts on pricing, we thought we would clarify what’s involved at this end as part of the shipping process. We open every package to ensure that the item/s are legal to ship, we repackage parcels to reduce the size where we can to keep the shipping costs to a minimum, generate export paperwork and pay the courier/shipper for a smooth delivery. We track all parcels until you receive them and then assist in any way when there’s any customs delays etc. We are also at the end of an e-mail 7 days per week if you need any help/assistance with anything regarding your forward2me account. We hope this all helps you to understand the costs involved and you will continue to use forward2me. If you have any further queries then please don't hesitate to get in touch through email.
