We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Forgot to mention that you should note and include the VAT price so for the customers to consider the extra cost. Since most, if not all your customers are not professionals and cannot deal with this extra cost.

We take your comments on board - we do try to be completely opaque with all the information so that our customers can see exactly what they're going to be charged. However if a customer receives an invoice and they think they need to challenge it, we'll be more than happy to look at it. We don't profess to never make mistakes but we try our hardest not to.
