I’ve been using a few months to import books and art from the UK. They’ve been excellent. When they have to repack items, they’re always packed safely and arrive in good condition.

I understand that there was a mix up with your FedEx shipment from our UK warehouse.
We sincerely apologize for the processing oversights and errors that had incurred at our side which caused the mix up.
I can see one of my customer experience agents has been in close contact with both affected parties and has been making the arrangements for both shipments to be successfully redirected to the correct customers. Please be assured that we will be making sure that both affected parties are fully compensated for the extra costs involved in doing so and we are truly very appreciative of your continuous understanding and support with this matter.

We are sorry to see that you have only provided us with a 4* rating.
We understand that the one time passcode system for packages from Amazon can be rather problematic and frustrating for many of our customers.
I have checked back on all of the one time passcodes that you sent us to provide to our Germany warehouse team, so they could receive your package (s) from Amazon. I can assure you that the Germany team did receive all of your one time pass codes that you originally sent through to our Customer Experience team. However, we feel that all customers need to be aware that we cannot make any guarantees that the one time passcode that has been provided from Amazon to our customer's and sent through to us will guarantee that our warehouse will be able to accept the delivery. Unfortunately it cannot always be guaranteed that our warehouse teams will be able to provide the one time pass code in time before the Amazon driver vacates our warehouse or before the provided one time passcodes expires.
We are not 100% sure where the one time passcode process is failing or breaking down between us and the Amazon delivery drivers but it is possible that your failed deliveries could have been due to the Amazon drivers already completing their package deliveries by the time the Germany warehouse team received the One time passcode or the one time passcode had possibly already expired by the time it was received by our Germany warehouse team to pass to the driver at the door and this means the Amazon driver will have not been authorised to allow the package to be released for delivery without a new passcode being provided first and the delivery had to be marked as failed.
We apologize for any frustration or inconveninece these issues with your deliveries from Amazon has caused you.
