Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Scheduled delivery of equipment within quoted time. Contract change over by phone for an existing customer as I am is not ideal as all bank details have to be given again, not a recommended procedure...

With regards to the bank details these have to be resubmitted as per the bank to be authenticated for every contract, the details are on a secure banking system for every transaction.
