Thank you for providing feedback following your renewal this year. Your comments are important to us and we’d like to help you get to the bottom of the issue you’re facing with the online document portal. After reviewing your policy, it seems that your contact preference was changed to post when you renewed with us in July 2023. This will explain why there are no documents in the online portal for you to view this year. A copy of your take up documents were emailed to you directly on the 8th August 2024, however, I have now changed your preference back to portal and all documents will now be sent via this method going forward. A copy of the documents have now also been sent to the online portal so you should be able to view these in the next few hours. We apologise for any confusion caused with this matter.
