Dear Sarah,
Both our bubble wrap only used to secure your purchase so that it arrived securely for you and our shipping bag are 100% recyclable. We purchased carefully and only use sustainable types which are more expensive. As the toothpaste is so small we have no option but to ship out in this way. However we do take your feedback on board and will look at other ways to ensure we are more sustainable next time using cardboard instead. Thank you for your custom and your review. We hope you like the product itself.
The order service was ok but there is No Instructions at all so what would be used water ? Hot/ cold? soapy? oil?
doesn't make sense not to give any advice at all
