Good service and helpful advice
Online booking very simple and straightforward. Needed advice also - so phones and advisor seemed to know the answers to my questions and very helpful and friendly. Good service so far.

Really helpful and reassuring
So easy to book by phone and connecting to the hotel. I am not too good with computer booking so like to speak to someone. Also they arrange transfers. Reassuring when getting older.
