Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Fly Direct.......just that

I have just purchased flights only through Fly Direct so therefore it was very straightforward. Flight however was excellent....very comfortable seating and quite spacious. Have flown a few times...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the on board service and are currently reviewing different options for our 2018 programme. Longer durations are possible on almost all of our Tenerife departures, however as you travelled on our last departure of the season only 7 nights were available.

Room wasn't clean as expected - hairs in the Bidet - bed sheets had tiny rips in them - headboard not clean & light switch not clean in bedroom Food was very good
