We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Mrs N Akers said about FlyDirect:

On whole quite good. Flight at Majorca airport when from calling to final call very quickly. And there were no snacks, when travelling on an early flight with young children this wasn’t ideal

Trusted company in uncertain times

Peace of mind, I had no concerns regarding the holiday as the company offered to rebook or refund if the flight did not go due to COVID, email communication was good.
