How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you had a great service from us at FlyDirect and enjoyed getting to Spain without the stress of going through a UK airport. I have read your comments regarding the hotel and do apologise that noisy guests may have impacted your time away, we will pass this feedback onto our contracting team in Spain for their records. We hope to welcome you on a future trip to Spain using FlyDirect
