Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Found booked hotel closed but was put up in sister hotel which was great

Would highly recommend fly direct but would not use transfers again could not find couch or anyone to help and office was closed

Excellent service from Flydirect with clarity about COVID

Efficient booking & response to queries. Disappointed with BA check in at Jersey as only 1 desk open for full flight, resulting in long queue. Aircraft was spotlessly clean.
