Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Fly direct we’re fine , it was the hotel and experience that was awful , although I have sent complaint email to fly direct and I’m yet to i recieve a response

Overall a positive experience.

It was great to fly direct from Guernsey. The transfer from the airport went well. Disappointed I did not get the pre departure email. Also I did not get the extra leg room I paid for.

Disappointing delays.

Very disappointed with the delays with the flights 3 hours 25 minutes going to Majorca and an hour coming back to the IOM. Also not enough choice of food and drinks on the flight.

With regards the catering on board, due to all delays and cancellations that are happening lately we made the decision to reduce the food & drinks service to be able to offer consistency across all our direct services. We hope that this inconvenience didn't stop you from enjoying Majorca :)

Generally a good flight only service but two hour delay in taking off for return flight could have been avoided. Delay caused by one paswenger who should not habe been allowed onto the aircraft.
