Many Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you found the hotel unsuitable for you. We do market the property as a large hotel with many facilities, but appreciate that this is not for everyone. Had we been aware of this during your stay we could have enquired with the hotel about changing you to a room closer to the public areas. We do hope that you'll travel with us again in the future, and will be on hand to suggest a smaller hotel property more suited to your requirements.
