How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, we do hope you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect again the future, our clients do enjoy not having to negotiate the UK airports with sometimes lengthy connection times or even a hotel stay overnight!

What Mr B Munroe said about FlyDirect:

Easy direct flight to Tenerife

A great service , but not allowing us to take our lightweight bikes on board was a disappointment, we would of paid extra for this but we were turned down.

Rebecca Larsson

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to weight restrictions on our Tenerife service we are unable to offer carriage of sports equipment. We appreciate that this is disappointing for some clients but is unavoidable. Bicycles and golf clubs can be carried on our direct services to Majorca, Costa del Sol, Algarve and Ibiza.
