Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of our Flowercards and normally they do deliver to the door, however they do occasionally let us down as in your case. Emma Sorry that your experience wasn't satisfactory. I will look in to the spelling matter and ensure our call centre agents are more diligent. Re delivery we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to keep the cost down but their first class service is 95-98% 1-2 day delivery on UK delivery. We don't currently have published figures on France. However, we will monitor this and see if there is an ongoing issue.
