I am sorry that your experience was not good when contacting our customer service department. The agent should have taken your details and then called you back within the hour to advise if the delivery had taken place. Retraining will be given immediately on this procedure. The Flowercard left our florist on 18th August for guaranteed next day delivery, we use the Royal Mail as our courier company and occasionally they do let us down as delivery was not made until 20th August and signed for by the recipient at 09:24.
