I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of your Flowercard order. We take care to ensure all of our products leave our florist in pristine condition however as with all live products unfortunately a few arrive the 'worse for wear' as in your case. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the size of the Flowercard, we do state on both our website and in our brochure dimensions. With reference to your Flowercard order arriving earlier than your requested date, again we do state on both our website and in our brochure that 'So as to make sure your gift is not late, we typically post your order 2 days before the required date as 1st Class is not a guaranteed next day delivery. This may mean in some cases the Flowercard could arrive a day earlier than the requested date'. Your Flowercard left our Guernsey florist on Wednesday 19th October to ensure your desired arrival date of Friday 21st was met. I am sorry you were disappointed with our service I can however confirm that the Flowercard left our florist on Friday 21st October and should have been delivered for Monday 24th. We use the Royal Mail 1st class post to keep the costs to a minimum and their service is good but occasionally we do get the odd delivery issue as it is not a 100% service as you probably know! However we do offer a special delivery guaranteed service that is but equally is more expensive.
