Hi Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the driver delivering the small bouquet by mistake. Your refund has been process but it can take the backing system a few days to process. I am not sure why you are now disappointed by the flowers as on the phone you were very happy with them just not the size of the bouquet. Thanks
