Hi, Sorry for your disappointment. You ordered the medium vase arrangement which does not come with Lillies. The picture you have attached is of large arrangement which includes the lillies. When you purchase one of our beautiful floral arrangements online the the picture changes when you change sizes to show you the arrangement you will receive. Thanks FM
