Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very disappointed, I ordered a double stem white orchid but instead bright yellow flowers were delivered. I was not advised that they could not do the orchid. Will not use or recommend flower love

Hi Georgie, thanks for chatting on the phone yesterday. I sent a phalaenopsis orchid to Jennifer yesterday and it wad delivered by my husband, we didn't make any yellow flower bouquets in our store for her yesterday. Perhaps it was from another florist?
