Good service. Will definitely use again
Easy to use, quite responsive. Good deal. The Rwandair flight was very good. New, clean plane, friendly staff, comfortable seats. Overall good experience so far. Still have to go on return flight

Good price and service, but search speeds could be improved.
Overall was good experience. Price was good as no service charged added for use of debit card (unlike Opodo) and personal service after order was reassuring. Only downside issues - takes longer than...

Not only did I miss the flight, but I was charged a no show penalty and a change fee to take the next available flight.
The flight departure time was advanced by 1.5 hours from planned, and I was not notified in any way, therefore I missed the flight when I arrived at the airport.
