We are very sorry to hear that our actions here at Flight Delay Specialists caused you any upset or distress, I can assure you that this was not our intention and can only apologise profusely. Without knowing your specific case I am unable to read your account notes but I can only assume that the original note containiing the information that you do not have a Grant Of Probate was overlooked by our processing team. Each claim and airline is different, not many airlines insiste on this but some unfortunately do. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any distress we have caused you during this process.
