We love these bike and boat holidays in Croatia too and for exactly the same reasons. Swimming from the boat after a day in the saddle is pure heaven!

So glad you enjoyed your trip Atida. To be honest, this is the first time we've heard of someone preferring route notes and maps to gpx tracks and it'll be interesting to see how many others echo your sentiments. We find that most customers, who have a choice, prefer to use a GPS as it allows them to enjoy the ride without having to stop and consult the map/notes every few kilometers. That said, I also appreciate that if you enjoy self-navigation then the maps are definitely more rewarding. What's available does differ by tour so be sure to ask about this before booking your next trip.
