Flexitreks Reviews

Great review with some very sound advice for future customers. Thanks

Excellent - so glad you enjoyed your Italian cycling break Liam.

Thanks for the review Alison. We're glad you enjoyed your holiday overall and are addressing your comments about the two hotels with our local suppliers.

Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to chat with me on the phone about your experiences and I'm so glad you both enjoyed yourselves so much.

Many thanks for the comprehensive feedback Genevieve. The road books are a little weighty to mail out to everyone prior to the trip plus they can be forgotten at home meaning replacements have to be provided locally. Thanks for the info about the e-bike odometers and yes, this is something that is being fixed for future customers.

Glad you enjoyed the trip David. Yes, the lunches are a quite substantial but better that than too little.

Short and sweet, just like the trip. Thanks Gerald

Thanks for the lovely review Teresa. It's always nice to hear the locals are friendly when you need assistance.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your bike and barge holiday in Holland and are sorry that you found the barge captain to be a little gruff.

Thanks for the feedback Ernest. I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday on the whole and regret the holiday was marred by your experience at two hotels. I'm glad we were able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction in the end though.
