The trainer was very informative and great knowledge of the subject. The venue is very outdated and no facilties or refreshments were provided and not informed of this.

Did a 2-day refresher and felt a little bit like the sessions were designed for us to pass the test, rather than really hone or add to our First Aid knowledge. Would have appreciated more time doing...

We also offer the 3 day First Aid at Work course, and you are welcome to book this instead of the 2 day course if you would like more time. While we do appreciate that the videos are not new, they are currently the best available examples of real life first aid emergencies. We are always on the lookout for newer videos that are equally good or better at demonstrating a real life emergency scenario. We hope that it did not take away too much from the experience, and we hope to see you on another First on Scene course in the future.
