Hi Dan, thank you for your feedback, my apologies you weren’t happy with your order. Customer Services are looking into any misunderstanding in relation to the material of the panels you ordered. Looking at the invoice we sent to you, it does state that they are in pre-galvanised finish, however, we are still looking into this internally and will action any re-training and product clarification as required.
