It may be that you have received an incorrect item, or, that the item was out of tolerance when it left the factory. Regardless, if there is an issue just contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve it speedily for you. If you would like to email photos of the garment label to us to check that the item is correct please do so. We can then proceed from there. Many thanks, James.

Hi Chris, Many thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you're not happy with how the t-shirts were packaged. During transport and handling the packages do experience wear and tear which can sometimes affect the contents. If you ever receive something from us you are not entirely happy with please contact customer service immediately and we will always put it right for you. If you feel the items are not up to scratch and would like us to look into it further please email over images and we will get onto it right away. Regarding the delivery cost, that's how much our courier charges for delivery to your location as stated on our delivery page. Many thanks, James.
