We are so sorry to read that DPD delayed your package. We always package our goods with a few extra days of transit in mind just in case of delays. We are pleased to hear that the cheese survived this delay due to our excellent packaging techniques. We are constantly looking for other couriers who will take our perishable items across the UK, unfortunately at this stage, DPD are the only one who provides this service.
