Hi, I'm sorry to read your feedback and hear that you have not been happy with the management of your property. Of course, maintenance issues have to be triaged so that the most urgent ones are resolved immediately, but it should not be the case that less urgent ones are ignored altogether. Service this effective rarely comes this personal.
